Champagne Tasting and Dinner including a rare vertical Jacquesson tasting of older champagnes from our library! An examination of the effects of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on the Champagne blend
20 April Cellar tasting programme
6.30pm: Welcome drinks - Pierre Jourdan Blanc de Blanc and Moreson Rosé
First Flight: Jacquesson vertical tasting, Jacquesson 728, Jacquesson 731 and Jacquesson 733
Second Flight: Examining the contribution of chardonnay and Pinot Noir to the champagne blend: Drappier Signature 100% chardonnay, Duval-Leroy Paris 60% Pinot Noir and 40% chardonnay and Lallier rosé 100% PN
Third Flight: Vintages - Georges lacombe 1999, Colin cuvée cramant 2003 and Drappier Grande sendrée 2002
Draw: There will be a draw for a bottle of Champagne at the end of the evening as usual and 10% discount on all orders placed on the night!
Dinner: A sumptious buffet dinner will be served after the tasting
