Champagne Tasting and Dinner Evenings

Tues 1 Dec and Wed 2 December 2009 - Johannesburg

Cuvées Classiques and Narina Trogon restaurant would love to invite you to join them for a fantastic evening starting with a Champagne Tasting and followed by a 3 course dinner. The dinner is charged and booked for separately and guests can either book and stay for dinner afterwards or leave after the champagne tasting- you choose. Number of guests is limited so please RSVP early.

Dinner Menu:

Starters: Salmon Gravadlax carpaccio with basil oil OR

Vietnamese spring rolls with Porcini mushroom filling and lime ponzu

Mains: Slow roasted salmon with parsley new potatoes and asparagus drizzled with beet dressing OR

Pork Belly with champagne and honey- spiced apples.

Vegetarian option on request: Home-made risotto with garden vegetables

Desserts: Fruit Pavlova with a champagne sabayon OR
