Evening programme:
6.30pm: MCC on arrival
7.00pm: Guests seated in function room for Champagne tasting of 9 French champagnes listed below:
Champagnes in the line- up:
First flight - Jacquesson 734 (first time tasting- just landed), Lallier grand cru and Duval-Leroy Paris
Second flight: 2 different takes on 100% Pinot Noir - Drappier brut nature, zero dosage and white champagne, and Lallier rosé
Third flight: Blanc de Blancs- Drappier Signature non vintage and Colin vintage 2003.
Final: Lacombe vintage 2002 and Drappier grande Sendrée 2002
Draw: A lucky draw will be done for a bottle of Champagne.
Dinner menu:
Starter:  Mediterranean salad of mixed grilled vegatables, mozzarella and tomato with chunks of melon and strips of veal (veg option)
Mains: Choice of Seared fresh filleted line fish with a lemon and toasted almond sauce served with a medley of seasonal vegetables

Grilled tender fillet steak in a light, creamy dijon sauce topped with rocket and radicchio and served on buttered mash.
or Crispy, slow roasted duck confit a la mode with seasonal contorno
Dessert: Home made zucchotto iced cake with crushed nuts and liquers.
